NAT LAB Horse Care — horse care products with bioactive collagen
NAT LAB Horse Care is a Polish horse care brand founded by Natalia Jóźwik. We develop products for the conscious care of the skin, mane, tail and hooves of sport, leisure and show horses.
Selected formulas combine bioactive collagen and peptides with carefully chosen care ingredients. Every product has a clearly defined purpose and is developed according to our proprietary Horse Friendly Formula standard, with the horse’s comfort and transparent information about ingredients and use in mind.
How does NAT LAB develop horse care products?
Ingredients selected for horses
Each formula is developed for a specific area of care: the skin, hair or hoof horn.
No unnecessary additives
Horse Friendly Formula products are made without silicones, SLS or parabens and without intense synthetic fragrances.
Knowledge meets everyday practice
Products are developed using cosmetic expertise and evaluated during everyday horse-care routines.
NAT LAB Horse Care — a conscious approach to horse grooming
A horse’s skin is exposed every day to sweat, dust, mud, changing weather, frequent grooming and friction from riding equipment. The mane and tail may become dry, tangled and prone to breakage, while the hooves require regular and appropriately selected care.
NAT LAB horse grooming products are therefore designed around specific care needs. We do not focus solely on appearance. Our formulas help maintain the condition of the skin, hair and hoof horn while remaining convenient for everyday use at the stable.
Bioactive collagen in NAT LAB horse care products
Bioactive collagen is one of NAT LAB’s key points of difference. In selected formulas, we combine it with peptides, botanical extracts, oils and ingredients chosen to support everyday horse care.
Every product has a composition suited to its intended area of application. Skin exposed to rubbing has different needs from a dry mane or hoof horn. Instead of relying on one universal recipe, we develop targeted formulas for particular parts of the horse’s care routine.
NAT LAB products for the skin, mane, tail and hooves
Mane and tail spray
EQUI REPAIR Mane & Tail Spray makes the mane and tail easier to detangle and helps reduce snagging and breakage during grooming. It supports softness, flexibility and a well-groomed appearance without using silicones to create a superficial coating.
Horse skin care ointment
EQUI REPAIR Healing Ointment is designed for the targeted care of skin exposed to dryness, friction and environmental factors. Its rich formula helps maintain the skin’s condition and supports its natural protective barrier.
This cosmetic product is not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis or treatment. Wounds, infections and persistent skin changes should be assessed by a veterinarian.
Hoof balm
EQUI REPAIR Hoof Balm offers rich hoof care in a balm texture. Regular use helps condition the hoof horn, protect it from excessive dryness and maintain a healthy, well-groomed appearance.
Hoof oil
EQUI REPAIR Hoof Oil provides everyday hoof care in a convenient liquid form. Applied with a brush, the oil helps protect the surface of the hoof horn against excessive moisture loss and leaves the hooves looking naturally well cared for.
The choice between hoof balm and hoof oil depends on the condition of the hooves, the preferred texture and the method of application. Cracking, crumbling or other persistent hoof concerns should be discussed with a farrier or veterinarian.
Horse Friendly Formula — NAT LAB’s proprietary standard
Horse Friendly Formula is NAT LAB’s own philosophy for developing horse cosmetics. It combines conscious ingredient selection, formulas tailored to a specific area of use and respect for the horse’s sensitive skin and senses.
We leave out ingredients that are unnecessary for a product’s intended cosmetic function. Our formulas are created without silicones, SLS or parabens. We also avoid intense synthetic fragrances, aggressive detergents and unnecessary colourants.
Horse Friendly Formula is NAT LAB’s proprietary brand standard, not an independent external certification. Its purpose is to guide the development of thoughtful products suitable for a responsible daily grooming routine.
Horse cosmetics for owners and professionals
NAT LAB products are created for individual horse owners as well as professionals who work with horses every day. They can be incorporated into the care of leisure, sport and show horses and used as part of routines in private yards, professional stables, equestrian centres and grooming teams.
Our goal is to combine practical, effective care with clear information about each product’s intended use, ingredients and application.
Who created NAT LAB Horse Care?
NAT LAB Horse Care and its proprietary Horse Friendly Formula standard were created by Natalia Jóźwik, the brand’s founder, a horsewoman and a professional with experience in the cosmetics industry. It began with her search for horse-care products whose formulations met both her expectations and the needs of her own horse.
NAT LAB combines cosmetic expertise, conscious ingredient selection and practical observations from everyday horse care. Every current and future NAT LAB product is intended to meet the Horse Friendly Formula standard.
