Payment Policy

1. Payment Requirement

All orders placed on natlabstore.com require full payment at the time of checkout. We do not process, prepare, or dispatch orders until payment is successfully confirmed. No goods are dispatched on credit or deferred payment terms, except where Klarna financing has been expressly approved (see Section 6).


2. Payment Processor

All payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments, operated by Shopify Inc. (150 Elgin Street, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada). Shopify Payments is certified PCI DSS Level 1 compliant - the highest level of payment security certification. We do not store, access, or process your full payment card details at any point.


3. Accepted Payment Methods

3.1 Payment Cards

  • Visa (debit and credit)

  • Mastercard (debit and credit)

  • American Express

  • Maestro

  • UnionPay


3.2 Digital Wallets

  • Shop Pay - Shopify's accelerated checkout. Saves your details for faster future purchases.

  • Apple Pay - available on compatible Apple devices using Safari.

  • Google Pay - available on compatible Android devices and Chrome browsers.


3.3 Local and Alternative Payment Methods

  • BLIK - Polish instant mobile payment system. Available to customers with a Polish bank account and a compatible banking app. Payment is confirmed in real time.

  • Bancontact - Belgian debit card payment method.

  • Klarna - buy now, pay later and installment options. Subject to Klarna's own eligibility assessment and terms (see Section 6).


4. Currency

Prices are displayed in Polish Zloty (PLN) for customers in Poland. For customers in other countries, prices may be displayed in Euro (EUR) or another currency supported by Shopify Payments, as shown at checkout. The currency applicable to your order is confirmed at checkout. Exchange rates, where applicable, are set by Shopify Payments and your card issuer.


5. Transaction Security

All data transmitted during the payment process is protected by TLS 1.2 or higher encryption. The presence of "https://" in the URL and the padlock icon in your browser confirm that the connection is secure. We recommend that you do not share payment details via email or phone.


6. Klarna

6.1  Where available, Klarna offers the following payment arrangements: pay later (within a set period after delivery), pay in installments, and other financing options.

6.2  Klarna's products are subject to Klarna's own terms and conditions and credit assessment process. Eligibility is determined solely by Klarna. We are not party to and bear no responsibility for Klarna's financing decisions, interest terms, or repayment conditions.

6.3  Late payment or non-payment to Klarna is governed exclusively by Klarna's terms. We are not responsible for any fees or interest charged by Klarna.


7. Failed and Declined Payments

If your payment is declined or fails, your order will not be processed. You will receive a notification and may attempt payment again using the same or a different payment method. We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment cannot be confirmed within a reasonable timeframe. If you experience persistent payment issues, contact your bank or payment provider.


8. Refunds

8.1  Where a refund is due (for example, following a valid withdrawal request, a confirmed defective product, or a cancelled order), we will refund the amount to the original payment method used.

8.2  Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days of us confirming the basis for the refund. The time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and is typically 3-10 business days after we initiate the refund.

8.3  We do not charge fees for processing refunds. In case of a warranty claim-related refund, we refund the product price and the standard delivery cost. In case of a non-warranty-claim-related refund, we refund the paid product price minus the initial and secondary (return) shipping costs. We do not refund any premium delivery costs beyond the cheapest standard delivery option we offer.


9. VAT Invoices

We can issue a VAT invoice upon request. To request a VAT invoice, contact hello@natlabstore.com within 7 calendar days of your order, providing: your full company name, registered address, NIP/VAT number, and order number. Invoices are issued within 7 business days of the request.
