1. Order Fulfillment Time

We process and dispatch orders within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Polish public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Fulfillment time is the period between payment confirmation and dispatch (handover to the carrier). It is separate from and in addition to the carrier transit time.


2. Carriers and Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times stated below are estimates provided by the carriers and are not contractually guaranteed. They are measured from the date of dispatch. We are not liable for carrier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery method and destination country. The total shipping cost is displayed before you confirm your order. There are no hidden fees.


4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier's system after dispatch.


5. InPost Parcel Locker Delivery - Important

If you select InPost parcel locker delivery, you must choose your preferred locker at checkout. Once your parcel arrives at the locker, InPost will notify you via SMS and/or email with a collection code.

You are responsible for collecting your parcel within the time window set by InPost, which is typically 48 hours. Parcels not collected within this window are returned to us. In such cases, the cost of re-dispatching the order is borne by you. We will contact you upon receipt of the returned parcel to arrange re-delivery.


6. International Shipping within the EU

We ship to EU member states via DPD. As your order is dispatched from Poland (an EU member state), no customs duties or import taxes apply within the European Union. Shipping costs for EU destinations are shown at checkout.

We do not currently ship to non-EU countries. If you are located outside the EU, please contact hello@natlabstore.com to inquire about availability.


7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

7.1  If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window and tracking shows no movement or an exception, contact us at hello@natlabstore.com with your order number. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.

7.2  If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, do not accept the delivery without noting the damage on the carrier's delivery document, or refuse delivery. Contact us at hello@natlabstore.com immediately with your order number and photographic evidence of the damage.

7.3  Where the carrier confirms loss or damage in transit, we will resend the order or issue a full refund at your election. We are not liable for parcels where the carrier's system confirms successful delivery to the correct address and the recipient has acknowledged receipt.


8. Undeliverable and Returned Parcels

A parcel may be returned to us in the following cases: incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer; failure to collect from an InPost parcel locker within the collection window; refused delivery by the recipient. We will contact you when a returned parcel is received. Re-shipping costs in all such cases are borne by the customer.
