1. Your Right to Withdraw

In accordance with Art. 27 of the Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days, without providing any reason.

The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods ordered.

2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period expires. Notification must be clear and unambiguous.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but its use is not mandatory. Any clear, unambiguous written statement communicating your decision to withdraw is sufficient.

We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal notification without delay.

4. Return of Goods

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicated your withdrawal to us.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

5. Condition of Returned Goods - Important

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, in accordance with Art. 34(4) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.

This means the following conditions apply to all returned products:

Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, with original packaging intact.
Products that show any signs of use - including but not limited to: application to skin, partial use, removal of safety seals, or contamination - will result in a deduction from the refund proportional to the reduction in value, up to and including the full value of the product.
Products returned in a damaged or dirty condition will be assessed and a deduction applied accordingly.
We document the condition of all returned goods upon receipt. This documentation is retained as evidence and may be shared with you upon request.

Important note regarding cosmetic products: Our products are cosmetics intended for application to the human body. Products showing signs of use cannot be resold for hygiene and safety reasons. Accordingly, the diminished value of a used cosmetic product is treated as equal to its full retail value. We will apply a corresponding deduction from your refund in proportion to the degree of use and loss of value.

6. Refund

6.1 Upon receiving the returned goods and verifying their condition, we will issue a refund within 14 calendar days. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided evidence of return shipment (e.g., a tracking number), whichever occurs first.

6.2 The refund will cover: (a) the price of the returned product(s), minus any deduction for diminished value; and (b) the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option we offer, if you selected a more expensive delivery method at checkout.

6.3 We will not refund: any premium delivery costs above the cheapest standard option; the cost of return shipping (borne by the consumer).

6.4 Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree to a different method. No fee is charged for the refund itself.

7. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
Sealed goods that were sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (Art. 38(1)(e) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, implementing Art. 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU) - note: this exemption applies only where goods were factory-sealed and the seal was broken after delivery.
